About allied by Tenens

What allied is

A hospital does not only hire doctors. It hires nurses, lab and imaging technicians, pharmacists, physiotherapists, paramedics and a dozen other roles that keep a ward running. allied by Tenens is where those jobs are posted and read.

It is a separate site from the doctors’ one for a plain reason: a nursing vacancy in a feed of consultant posts is invisible to the people it was written for, and a consultant post in a feed of nursing vacancies is noise. Each post carries, on its own row, the audience it was written for — decided when it was written and never re-decided afterwards.

There are no accounts here. Every job is public, every job is readable without signing in, and the poster’s contact details are one tap away on the job’s own page.

What Tenens is

Tenens is a medical jobs marketplace for India — locum shifts and permanent roles, posted by the hospitals, clinics and practices doing the hiring. It runs as an app, which is where posting happens and where doctors browse. allied is its sibling surface, built on the same posts and the same people.

Posting a job

Posting happens in the Tenens app, not on this site. Write the post once there and it lands here automatically when every role on it is an allied one.
